Live the magic of the Mediterranean Games in Costa Daurada!

From 22 June to 1 July, Costa Daurada will become the epicentre of sport thanks to the Mediterranean Games Tarragona 2018. Are you going to miss it?

Almost 7 years ago –on 15 october, 2011–, the International Mediterranean Games Committee chose Tarragona as the host city for the 18th edition of this unique sports event. In fact, Tarragona will become the smallest city to have ever held the Mediterranean Games.

From that moment, it began an exciting process of getting everything ready, so that Costa Daurada can gather athletes from 26 nationalities and 33 different sports over 10 days.

Salou, together with cities such as Cambrils, Calafell, Valls or Reus, will be one of the 16 Mediterranean Games hosts. It will actually be the home of both Sailing (23 – 29 June) and Taekwondo (27 – 30 June), thanks to facilities such as the new Base Nàutica building –located next to Nàutic Salou– and the Pavelló Municipal de Salou.
