The capital city of Costa Daurada will hold a new edition of the Nits Daurades festival until 15 August. On Saturday, for example, and if you’re on holidays with your children, you’ve got to try the bouncy castles. Besides, at 23h in Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas, Fangoria (a well-known Spanish music group) will perform live. On Sunday, it’s time for traditional events such as the popular Cercavila d’Elements del Seguici Popular, and on Monday, the procession of the Virgin Mary. Check out the official programme here!

Also, Sesame Street characters manage to escape from PortAventura World every Sunday and Monday, with the exception of 15 August, as shows will be moved to 11 August. If you’d like to say hello, you can do so at Plaza Francesc Germà, where 2 fun shows will take place at 19.30h and 21h. And you can admire proper circus performances at Passeig Jaume I, with the Salou Art Street.

While in Salou, there are 2 venues you’ve got to bear in mind. On the one hand, Masia Catalana, where you can enjoy local handcrafted items and leisure activities every night and, on the other hand, the Fountains of Salou, with outstanding shows that present a perfect blend of water, music and lights.
